Police Blotter : Man exposes himself at Lincoln Meadows

Police are working to identify a heavy-set white male approximately 30 years old who reportedly rang a doorbell at the Lincoln Meadows apartments around 2:50 p.m on the 3400 block of Fourth Avenue East Thursday and then proceeded to fondle himself.

A resident called Dickinson Police after she saw the subject through a window. He was gone when officers arrived.

Authorities don’t believe the man is a resident of the apartment complex.

2 arrested for resisting arrest

A 46-year-old Dickinson woman and a 22-year-old Dickinson man were both arrested for resisting arrest, and the woman also for hindering officers, around 1 a.m. Friday at a residence on the 400 block of Third Avenue West.

Police had been observing the male for multiple city warrants, which he was subsequently served.

Church burglars identified

Police say they have identified two individuals who burglarized St. Joseph’s Church on Aug. 28 and stole some food items, and that criminal charges are to follow.
