Victim ID’d in fatal western North Dakota rollover crash

TIOGA, N.D. — The North Dakota Highway Patrol released the name of the passenger who died in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Nov. 29.

Draik Anthony Jessen, 29, of Tioga, was a passenger in a 1969 Ford F250 pickup truck that was “driving recklessly” in a field before rolling onto the passenger side, according to a press release. Jessen died at the scene.

The crash is under investigation and no charges have been filed, the release said. Authorities have not identified the driver.

The crash occurred one mile southeast of Tioga, which is about 50 miles northeast of Williston.
